Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries hulled and sliced
  • ½ cup full-fat plain yogurt
  • ½ cup cold milk or water adjust for consistency
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice adjust to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom optional
  • 3-4 ice cubes optional, for extra chill
  • 1 tsp rose water optional, for floral aroma

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Prepare the Strawberries: Wash, hull, and slice fresh strawberries. If using frozen strawberries, let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
  • 2️⃣ Blend Ingredients: Add strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey, and cardamom into a blender. Blend for 30-40 seconds until smooth.
  • 3️⃣ Adjust Consistency: If too thick, add a splash of milk or water. If too thin, add more yogurt or strawberries.
  • 4️⃣ Chill & Serve: Pour into glasses, garnish with sliced strawberries or crushed nuts, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a Vegan Version: Substitute yogurt with coconut or almond yogurt, milk with coconut milk, and honey with maple syrup. For Extra Creaminess: Use Greek yogurt instead of plain yogurt. To Avoid Watery Lassi: Blend frozen strawberries directly without thawing. For a Traditional Flavor: Add a pinch of saffron or rose water for an authentic Indian twist.
