Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie, canned, or boiled
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce Frank’s RedHot recommended
  • ½ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese optional
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika optional
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
  • 3️⃣ Stir in ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles (if using).
  • 4️⃣ Transfer the mixture to a greased 8x8-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  • 5️⃣ Top with the remaining ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 6️⃣ Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • 7️⃣ Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
  • 8️⃣ Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
